NAIT is a college which prides itself on College level hockey. The NAIT Ooks have a rich past in the CCAA and a bright future in it as well.  Scott Fellnermayr was the former Captain of the Ooks in 2015.

For nearly a decade Scott Fellnermayr ran as Head Coach of the NAIT Ooks Men’s Ice hockey team. During that time he won a championship and held a great record .

But as the seasons roll on The Ooks has a new voice behind the bench. Ty Valin, he’s a seasoned head coach with a past with NAIT. His experience has taken him across the Junior-hockey world and success has followed.

And Here at A Day at NAIT, we took the initiative to have a chat to get to know Ty as he begins his tenure as Head Coach of the Ooks!
