Why you should try rock climbing

Rock climbing is a fun activity with multiple physical and mental benefits that allow you to meet interesting people. Practicing rock climbing consistently can increase strength, coordination, and balance while improving your focus and problem-solving capabilities. There are multiple different types of rock climbing, bouldering is the most casual and accessible and is also my personal favourite but I recommend you do your own research and find which one suits your interests, goals, and skill level.
