Are you bored out of your mind, already mentally done with the school year? Is your brain making up its own stories to entertain itself while you are doing work? Many NAIT students are going through the same thing. It’s a known fact that humans need enrichment, and that listening to other humans talk helps curb loneliness and boredom – especially if it’s an entertaining podcast.
I’ve struggled with the same thing. I often resort to a mind-numbing YouTube video for background noise. I’ve always heard that podcasts are great, but I’ve never been able to find one for me; that is, until I discovered the Riff Off and Raw Frequencies podcasts- 2 separate podcasts hosted by 2 different groups of NR92 students. With the Riff Off Podcast and their self- proclaimed refreshing, fun content combined with the never-before released, mysterious Raw Frequencies podcast, I have found what I have always searched for. Imagine my surprise and happiness when I discovered that the Riff Off podcast and the Raw Frequencies podcast will be doing a crossover! There is no official air date for this special episode, but in order to prepare yourself for this delightful treat, make sure to study (or listen) up on the Riff Off Podcast, hosted by NR92’s very own Alex Huber and Lainey Johnson.
