Is This Show Like You Remember? – A LYR Birthday

On this day exactly a year ago my friend, Sierra McCool, and I sat down in the NR92 on air booth to do the first episode of our show Like You Remember. 42 episodes across 3 semesters and one summer, the show is still kicking. We’ve covered everything from The Godfather to Cars 2: The Video Game and even a few music focused episode sprinkled in there.

This show has been Sierra and my pride and joy for the past year and also great practice for our schooling. Having an after hours show let us practice operating on air, planning content so we’d have a good show and all the extra social media work we did didn’t hurt. Overall doing this show has been some of the most fun I’ve had this year, from ranting about the live action Cats movie in a cramped library booth to dancing around the studio to Mambo No. 5.

Happy Birthday Like You Remember and I look forward to another year of doing this with the best Co-host anyone could ask for.
