Ooks women’s hockey team off to hot start

With the women’s hockey team becoming ACAC champions last season as well as starting this season 6-0, Head Coach Brendan Jensen explains how the team has managed to perform at such a high level.

“That it’s in our details and habits and preparation we have daily, and that execution is shown through and through on the ice. You know we squeaked a couple out last week, and maybe we didn’t play the best but it’s good to be able to execute at such a high level especially early in the season.”

Coach Jensen also mentioned that even though he believes that they have a strong group again this year, he wants his players to focus on the day-to-day rather than too far into the future.

We look to cheer on our women’s hockey team as they continue to have a dominant season with hopes of being ACAC champions in back-to-back seasons.
