The Indigenous Centre at NAIT is officially, The Nîsôhkamâtotân Centre which offers much support and resources.

The Nîsôhkamâtotân Centre is a community place of support for Indigenous and non-Indigenous students. Whether that is cultural advising, academic questions and just support in general. Manager, Camille Louis says the importance of why the help and support is here, so students have a sense of community.

” So, it’s bringing those two worlds together and just again having a space solely dedicated to celebrating the culture. Providing support to First Nation, Metis, and Inuit students.”

The Nîsôhkamâtotân Centre is located in E121 and is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
