Chairman kick off prairie tour at Dive Bar

A self-described time-travelling punk band from the year 2077 is playing Dive Bar tonight. Chairman are kicking off their Alberta-Saskatchewan tour before returning home to record new music. Frontman Alton Upbeat said the band’s extensive touring has made their upcoming material their best yet.
“We have that confidence but we also just really understand what works. I think we’ve honed in on that,” said Upbeat. “You’ll be introduced to a brand new Chairman here.”
Chairman is releasing two singles soon, and a full-length record in 2025.

- November 10, Regina, SK — The Mercury
