Out of the ashes, one woman will rise to the challenge. An arsonist known only as “The Dragon” ravages the land, laying ruin wherever he goes. After destroying her home and kidnapping her fiancé for ransom, Lizzy has no choice. With all of her clothes consumed by the Dragon’s fire, Lizzy dons the only thing left; a garbage bag. But don’t be fooled. She’s anything but trashy.
