After years of anticipation, Rockstar Games has dropped the official launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, giving fans another look at what could be the biggest video game release of all time. Released on October 15, the 90 second trailer shows off more of Vice City, crazy action, and the complicated relationship between protagonists Jason and Lucia
The trailer hints at the story being about a heist gone wrong that puts them in a criminal plot across the fictional state of Leonida. It also featured plenty of cinematic moments, giving fans another taste of the visuals ahead of launch, as the entire trailer was captured on PlayStation 5.
Music fans have something to look forward to as well. The trailer features “Flower in a Hurricane,” a new track from Justice featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard
The best part? The wait is almost over. Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. After more than a decade since GTA V, fans are finally getting closer to the world of Grand Theft Auto.
