Next week, NAITSA’s giving students a mental health break, filled with activities to help students de-stress.

From December 4th through the 7th, you can find NAITSA at various locations on-campus, to help relax and have a little fun. NAITSA’s Event Coordinator, Rechelle Eklund, is excited for the week’s upcoming events.

“We’ll have ornament decorating… Hot chocolate bar, so you have like your whip cream and all your fun other stuff… We have a giant colouring sheet… We have like, bubble wrap to de-stress… So, it’s more geared towards de-stressing but there’s also some Christmas stuff in there as well.”

Mental Health Week will be taking place at the CAT Main street on Monday, South Lobby on Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday will take place as usual and you can find dogs (brought in in from CAAWLS: Chimo Animal Assisted Wellness and Learning Society), to interact with outside the NAITSA office on Thursday, from 11 ‘til 2.
